Book typographic inspired site for author Zoe Jenny

Novelist and scriptwriter Zoë Jenny is launching a new book in June for which we developed a new identity and website to ensure she had a place to showcase her books and highlight upcoming events/talks.

The identity was inspired by the idea that authors sign books for readers. So we created abstract version of her signature for the logo and echoed the shapes across the site. The website layout is based around a book typographic layout with a more feminine colour scheme to make it more inviting rather than the usual stark black and white look.
