Having submitted an email to Campaign Monitors online support I really liked the small but really helpful detail about who might get back to me.

As we use more and more web apps developed in far flung corners of the world the question of speedy support becomes ever more important and it’s hard to get away from the time difference between the UK and Australia!

So I thought the little list of available support people based on what time of day it is was a charming and helpful touch - yet another example of the importance of having a tone or personality online that is consistent through all your communication channels.
