The 35 million pound website
Now had the Government asked us for quotes on their various websites, maybe the country wouldn’t be in recession!
If the prices that appear on this Google Docs spreadsheet are to be believed, they splashed out a cool £35 MILLION on the Business Link site alone, including £4m on testing (though whoever trousered those sheets sadly forgot to run it through the W3C validator).
Clearly Dick Turpin is alive, well, and working on Government websites.
