Oscar
Creative & strategist
Based in our London office, Oscar’s usually to be found scheming about strategies and bouncing creative ideas around with team. In between this, he keeps us on the straight and narrow by ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget. Prior to Pepper, Oscar worked in marketing agencies managing creative campaigns and projects for brands including Kenco Coffee, Empire Cinemas and Teletext Holidays.

Olly heads up the Malvern studio, and brings a range of skills to the Pepper table. He loves a challenge, and since building his first website in 1999, has been pushing pixels around screen to create websites and user interfaces. He gets a buzz from developing ideas for new sites with clients, and coming up with new ways to engage audiences through design and usability. Olly’s creativity is fueled by fresh country air, and the high altitudes of the Malvern hills.

Andy
Developer & Current Pepper darts champion
As the lead back and front end developer at Pepper, Andy spends his days elbow-deep in ExpressionEngine & PHP code or lovingly crafting XHTML and CSS templates. You’ll often find him doing both at the same time. Andy has over 14 years’ experience with web technologies, having started back in the dark days of tables and Netscape Navigator. When not crunching code, he enjoys photography, painstakingly following Arsenal FC and embarking on walks with his dog.

Matt
Copywriter, Polon
A writer whose experience ranges from Nokia to the NHS, Matt thinks most clearly in the great outdoors. So when he needs a little inspiration, he heads out into the garden — or takes to the hills with Wispa, his four-legged writing partner. Matt’s masters degree in literature taught him to read critically so his favourite word is “why”.

Janet
Copywriter, Polon
From writing about sustainability to digging up those vital nuggets of background info, Janet puts her research skills to good use. She’s currently polishing them by studying for an Environmental Science degree with the Open University. Oh, and she can spot a missing apostrophe at 20 paces. Her favourite word is “hippocampus”.
