Dieter Helm
Dieter Helm is an economist specialising in utilities, infrastructure, regulation and the environment. As well as being Professor of Energy Policy at the University of Oxford, he also sits on advisory boards covering topics ranging from water to transport. Prof Helm’s website needed to do justice to this wide range of work. So together with Siftware, we redesigned the site to deliver content effectively.
