We created a new brand identity for skylight specialist Buildinglines along with a new website that makes it easy for users to find the product they want.
Our brief was to develop a contemporary online brand to sell roof windows in an ever-more competitive market. We came up with a simple but striking new identity for Buildinglines that also translated across sister companies Roofinglines and Windowlines.
We tackled the website from the customer’s perspective, looking for an intuitive way of exploring all the different window options. We reorganised the catalogue filtering to make it easier for consumer and trade customers to find what they want from the thousands of product options.
At the time, more and more visits were coming from smartphones and tablets. We wanted the site to work well for these users too. So we built the whole experience from a mobile and tablet perspective to ensure the content hierarchy was clear and concise.
We also customised Magento to deal with the complexities of the product configurations.
